These super easy chocolate covered bananas are the perfect Valentine’s Day sweet treat to enjoy that tastes absolutely incredible! I’m new to the white chocolate and banana combination and seriously you have to try it.
Perfect for serving for a galentine’s snack or for the whole family to enjoy, you’ll definitely want to make these chocolate Valentine’s Day bananas again and again!


White chocolate covered Valentine’s Day bananas
You’ll need:
- Microwave safe bowl
- Spoon
- Fork
- Knife
- Parchment paper
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 30g white chocolate
- 2-3 drops of red food coloring
- Valentines Day themed sprinkles (optional)
Instructions:
- Cut bananas into segments (I did 3 segments per banana)
- Break/chop white chocolate into small pieces and microwave in 30 second increments until melted, stirring between
- Add food coloring to white chocolate and stir
- Put a fork into one end of your banana segment and dip end of banana into pink white chocolate
- Place each banana segment onto parchment paper, remove fork
- Add sprinkles now (optional)
- Cool in fridge for about 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Enjoy!
