I discovered this easy recipe by accident, and I’ve fine tuned it to perfection and haven’t been able to stop making it. It’s seriously SO good and I happily eat it on repeat knowing how healthy it is. It’s the perfect mix between granola, oatmeal, and cereal – and it’ll fill you up for hours.


Banana oat clusters breakfast cereal recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 medium/large banana
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash banana with a fork
- Add oats, maple syrup, and cinnamon
- Stir all ingredients together
- Add your banana/oat mixture to a greased/buttered frying pan and fry on medium heat for a few minutes, stirring around every minute
- When your banana oat clusters are warmed and browned, remove from pan and add to a bowl
- Add milk, berries, and nuts (highly recommend walnuts!) to your bowl
- Enjoy!
